Below you will find the pre-appointment onboarding form for your pet(s). Our service area includes most of Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville & Bermuda Run.  We generally service a 10 mile radius of Ardmore in Winston Salem, North Carolina. If you are outside this area and would like to bring your pet to us, we offer grooming as a drop off/pick up service only. We accept dogs less than 60lbs. See pricing on the Services page.
